Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends and national holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, you can expect slight delays. We’ll communicate the same to you via the standard communication method (SMS or email). We always strive to keep such inconveniences far.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We don’t have any additional charge for shipping. All shipping is free of cost throughout India.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive shipment confirmation and order tracking numbers when the order is shipped via email (and SMS, if you’ve signed up for that). All stages of transit will be appropriately mailed to you.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
C-Guard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return the goods, you will need to ship the products to our address (see below) on your behalf and mail us the receipts.
