Refunds/Cancellations/Returns

Thank you for your purchase.

Please refer to size guide before ordering. All sizes are given there. Refunds or returns will not be entertained if there’s an issue of fit arising out of the customer not reading the size guide before ordering the product.

For example, if our size guide says 42″ chest and the product does not have a 42″ chest, only then we will entertain a return, exchange, or refund.

We’ll return, refund, or exchange any product for any type of manufacturing defect, including name customized orders.

Orders with name customization cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason except for manufacturing defects.

Once an order is shipped (within 2-3 hours) there will be no refund.

RETURNS

If there’s a manufacturing defect or if the garment’s size measurements don’t match the size guide provided for the particular product on our website, you can initiate a return.

For this, you need to click images of the measurement discrepancy and mail them to us at support@cguard.in. We’ll inspect and schedule a pickup for return.

You can place a Return or Exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-customized orders, however, we do not accept return or exchange requests for embroidered (Customised) products. If the product is used, washed or the tag is removed, it is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Within 7 working days we’ll process your refund.

Products purchase during sale period are not returnable or exchangeable also purchase during sale time can not be cancel or refund if order under processing during sale time its take long time so we can not cancel the order or refund during order placed sale time.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order if the product has not been processed. An order is usually processed in 2-3 hours, after which we cannot cancel the order. Again, in the case of a manufacturing defect, you can initiate a refund. note :- Products purchase during sale period are not returnable or exchangeable also purchase during sale time can not be cancel or refund if order under processing during sale time its take long time so we can not cancel the order or refund during order placed sale time.
